Considerando el interés superior de los niños, niñas y adolescentes, la presente ley tiene por objeto hacer algunas modificaciones a los artículos 397 y 441 del Código General del Proceso y se adiciona un artículo nuevo, con el fin de garantizar un acceso oportuno a los recursos económicos que son objeto de embargo dentro de los procesos ejecutivos de alimentos donde el alimentado es un niño, niña o adolescente.
