Las ventas de divisas que haga el Banco de la República en desarrollo de los dos artículos anteriores, se liquidarán a la tasa vigente en el mercado intermedio en el día de la venta. Es entendido, por lo tanto, que el registro de un capital extranjero en el mercado intermedio no genera ninguna de tipo de cambio para su reembolso o para la transferencia de sus utilidades.
