El menor comparecerá personalmente ante el Juez de Menores; podrán acompañarlo los padres o personas de quienes dependa. Este acto, asi como todo lo relacionado con la defensa del menor, a excepción de los casos especiales preceptuados por esta Ley, se llevará a cabo sin intervención de abogado.
