º. Toda persona que tenga en su poder imitaciones o facsímiles de billetes de la Nación o del Banco de la República, debe destruirlos en el término de quince días. En consecuencia, la persona en cuyo poder se encuentre uno de tales papeles, pasados quince días de la promulgación de este decreto, sufrirá una multa de $ 10 a $ 50, sin perjucio de las penas que le correspondan si se trata de la comisión de un delito.
