º. Perfeccionando el sumario, el funcionario de instrucción dará traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público de mayor categoría del lugar en que se siga el juicio, con el término de cuarenta y ocho horas; devuelto el expediente, se notificará inmediatamente al acusado ó acusados, se les dará el término de diez días para la defensa, y luégo se volverá á dar traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público con el mismo término de cuarenta y ocho horas.
