ARTICULO SEGUNDO

Dentro de lo considerado en el Artículo que antecede, el Gobierno colombiano favorecerá especialmente la constitución y actividades de instituciones culturales salvadoreñas establecidas o que vengan a constituírse en la República de Colombia, y que cuenten con el apoyo del Gobierno de El Salvador, y

El Gobierno salvadoreño, por su parte, fomentará las actividades de las instituciones colombianas del mismo carácter, establecidas o por establecerse en lo futuro en territorio salvadoreño.
