supplements decreto 819/20

Adiciónese los parágrafos 4 y 5 al artículo 9 del Decreto Legislativo 819 de 2020, así:

"Parágrafo 4. Exclusivamente para los efectos del subsidiado rural de que trata este artículo, los usuarios -de inmuebles no estratificados -para quienes se solicite el subsidio, se entenderán transitoriamente incorporados al estrato 1.

Parágrafo 5

Las organizaciones autorizadas solicitantes del subsidio que no hayan fijado sus tarifas definidas por la Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico, tendrán plazo para adoptarlas hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021."
