Son pensiones alimenticias:

1.

Las concedidas a los individuos que se han invalidado por causa del ser­vicio público.

2.

Las concedidas a las viudas, padres o huérfanos de los individuos que han perdido la vida por causa del servicio público.

3.

Las concedidas a individuos que las hubieren merecido por servicios ci­viles prestados por el término fijado por leyes preexistentes para tenor derecho a tales pensiones.

Son pensiones de recompensa las con­cedidas en premio de importantes i no­torios servicios prestados a la República.
