De conformidad al artículo 14, se pueden legalizar los aprovechamiento de aguas de uso público existentes. Para ello se seguirán las normas indicadas en el Capítulo II de este Decreto. El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, a su juicio, podrá suprimir la documentación que, por la situación de hecho que se presente, sea necesaria.
