Artículo único. Modificase la distribución de la partida a que se refiere el artículo 4° de la Ley 95 1959, hecha por el artículo 1° del Decreto 0153 de 1960, en el sentido de aumentar en $ 30.000.00 la suma, asignada para la Plaza de Bolívar, incluyendo el atrio de la Catedral, Los cuales serán lomados de la suma, asignada para la Plaza de Nariño, obras ambas delegadas al Distrito Especial de Bogotá, según el artículo 3° del mencionado Decreto 0153 de 1969.
