Las sociedades no sometidas al control de la Superintendencia de Sociedades que requieran la expedición del certificado a que se refiere este Decreto, quedarán bajo la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Sociedades conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 267, literal d) del Código de Comercio.
