° Abrese al Poder Ejecutivo, con imputación al Departamento de Relaciones Exteriores, capítulo 31, artículo 208 del Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia económica de 1910, el siguiente crédito adicional:

Para atender al pago de la repatriación de colombianos pobres, dos mil pesos ($ 2,000).
