Artículo setentaidos. Suspensión de los contratos de conducción de correo . En caso de turbación del orden público, fuerza mayor o necesidades del servicio, la Administración postal Nacional o el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, podrán dictar las providencias necesarias para suspender el servicio de conducción de correos contratado con particulares, en la línea o líneas a que haya lugar, durante el tiempo que fuere dispensable.
