Esta Ley se hace extensiva a los exprofesores de la Banda Nacional, quienes podrán solicitar el reajuste de sus pensiones, de acuerdo con las clases a que pertenecían cuando se retiraron de dicha institución, con base en los últimos sueldos de la Banda Nacional, y de acuerdo con el artículo 1º de la presente Ley.
