Art 1°. Desde la sanción de la presente ley los Magistrados principales y suplentes de los Tribunales de Distrito Judicial tomaran posesión ante el Gobernador del Departamento, si el Tribunal reside en la capital de este, y en caso contrario, ante la primer autoridad política del lugar en donde resida el

Tribunal.

Son válidos los actos de posesión ejecutados por virtud de delegación conferida a sus agentes por el Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca.
