Organizaciones de víctimas . Se entenderá como organizaciones de víctimas aquellos grupos conformados en el territorio colombiano, bien sea a nivel municipal o distrital, departamental y nacional, por personas que individual o colectivamente hayan sufrido daños en los términos establecidos en el artículo 3° de la Ley 1448 de 2011. Las organizaciones a que se refiere este artículo, existen y obtienen su reconocimiento por el solo hecho de su constitución.
