Ordenada la liquidación se dará aviso inmediato al respectivo Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados para que se abstenga de registrar cualquier acto relacionado con los inmuebles de persona natural o jurídica cuyo negocio se liquida, salvo lo que disponga el liquidador.
