Celebrado que fuere el contrato a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Gobierno publicará una edición de tres mil (3.000) ejemplares de tales obras, que se distribuirá entre las Academias, Universidades y Sociedades Literarias colombianas en el Exterior.
