Decreto 545 de 1954 · por el cual se reforman los artículos 6º, 7º, 8º y 9º del Decreto número 2966-bis del 13 de noviembre de 1953, sobre estampilla pro-Turismo.

º. A partir del 1º. De abril de 1954, créase a cargo de los hoteles, pensiones, casas de hospedaje y demás establecimientos similares que funcionen dentro del país, el impuesto pro-Turismo Nacional, equivalente al uno por ciento (1%) sobre el precio de servicios de tarifa plena (alojamiento y alimentación), autorizada por el Departamento Nacional de Turismo, cuando ella exceda de diez pesos ($10.00) diarios.

Parágrafo

Cuando la mencionada tarifa comprenda únicamente alojamiento, como sucede en establecimientos hoteleros de primera categoría, solo se gravará dicho alojamiento.
