Los actos o decisiones del Director, que deba cumplir en ejercicio de las funciones, a él asignadas por la ley, por estos estatutos y Acuerdos de la Junta Directiva, recibirán el nombre de "Resoluciones", llevarán su firma, la cual será refrendada con la firma del Secretario General y serán numerados sucesivamente con la indicación del lugar y fecha de expedición.
