Articulo 2. Naturaleza . La caja de retiro de las fuerzas militares adscrita Al ministerio de defensa nacional es un establecimiento público, esto es, Un organismo dotado de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y Patrimonio independiente, que se reorganiza conforme a las disposiciones de Las leyes 75 de 1925, 104 de 1927, 105 de 1936 y 100 de 1946 y los decretos números 1050 y 3130 de 1968, 2342 de 1971 y 123 de 1976 y las contenidas en Los presentes estatutos.
