Artículo transitorio 8. Los decretos expedidos en ejercicio de las facultades de Estado de Sitio hasta la fecha de promulgación del presente Acto Constituyente, continuarán rigiendo por un plazo máximo de noventa días, durante los cuales el Gobierno Nacional podrá convertirlos en legislación permanente, mediante decreto, si la Comisión Especial no los imprueba.
