Modifícase el numeral 3.4 del artículo 482 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, modificado por el artículo 38 del Decreto 1232 de 2001 el cual quedará así: “3.4. No terminar las modalidades de importación temporal o suspensivas de tributos aduaneros, salvo la importación temporal para reexportación en el mismo Estado, la cual se regirá por lo previsto en el artículo 482-1 del presente Decreto”.
