Art. 1.° Los Gobernadores de las provincias en que haya curias eclesiásticas, indicarán a los respectivos prelados, o en su defecto a los Gobernadores eclesiásticos de las Diócesis, que deben prevenir a la respectiva curia que forme un inventario esacto de todos los procesos, espedientes i documentos que versen sobre materias en que ha cesado el fuero eclesiástico a virtud de la lei de 14 de mayo del presente año, i que han de pasar al conocimiento de los jueces i tribunales civiles.
