Procedimiento Operativo del Fonat. El Fonat contará con un Procedimiento Operativo, expedido por el representante legal del Fondo, donde se describan todos los procesos operativos que deben realizar las diferentes dependencias de la Agencia de Desarrollo Rural para la correcta operación del Fondo, así como los procesos administrativos, financieros y contables, y los demás que sean necesarios para el normal funcionamiento del mismo.
