El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá proceder a retirar de la administración fiduciaria de que tratan los Decretos-leyes 59, 147, 1500 y 1552 de 1942, los bienes pertenecientes a personas, naturales o jurídicas oriundas de países en los cuales haya cesado la ocupación militar alemana, o que hayan sido libertados de ella por los ejércitos de las naciones unidas, y que tengan, además, un Gobierno que haya sido reconocido por el de Colombia.
