ARTICULO 159. Peajes . El Concejo Distrital en los términos del numeral 3 del artículo 12 del presente estatuto podrá establecer dentro de los límites del Distrito, peajes en las vías de acceso a la ciudad o en las nuevas vías circunvalares y de alta velocidad. Su producto lo destinará a la construcción, mantenimiento, conservación y reparación de vías.
