Art. 9.° El miembro del Resguardo que defraudare la renta de Salinas ó los sueldos ó haberes de los otros empleados, será inmediatamente suspendido por el respectivo superior, removido por el Gobierno, sometido á juicio y obligado á pagar lo defraudado, aparte de las demás penas en que incurrira conforme á la ley y de quedar inhabilitado para obtener cualquier destino del ramo de Hacienda.
