Artículo décimo. El Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social en caso de incumplimiento de la Resolución de conmutación o de cualquiera de las obligaciones establecidas en ella, procederá a conminar a la empresa respectiva y a imponer las sanciones que fueren del caso.
