°. Recursos del Fosfec . Apropiados los recursos de que tratan los artículos anteriores, el porcentaje restante, incluidos los recursos apropiados y no ejecutados con anterioridad a la expedición del presente decreto, serán utilizados en los beneficios señalados en la Ley 1636 de 2013, según la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
