INTERROGATORIOS Y PRUEBAS EN LA AUDIENCIA. El presidente del consejo de guerra podrá ordenar las pruebas pertinentes y que puedan practicarse en la audiencia, de oficio o a petición de parte. Los testigos y los procesados serán interrogados por el juez de primera instancia. El fiscal y los defensores, podrán formular las preguntas que estimen necesarias, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 671 de este código.
