Obligación de inscripción en bolsa de valores . Las sociedades privadas o mixtas que sean concesionarias de los servicios PCS deberán inscribir sus acciones en la bolsa de valores nacional, en un plazo no mayor de tres (3) años contados a partir del perfeccionamiento del contrato de concesión. La Superintendencia de Valores vigilará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo.
