° prorrógase por sesenta días más el término fijado por el artículo 12 del Decreto número 1099 de 1930, a partir del 8 de octubre del presente año, a fin de que los interesados en los expedientes que actualmente reposan en el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, tengan tiempo suficiente para recibirlos, y hacer sus solicitudes de reválida de sus licencias.
