Art. 166. Si contra la sentencia definitiva de segunda instancia pronunciada por un Tribunal Superior de Distrito se interpusiera oportunamente el recurso de casación, se admitirá. Sustanciara y decidirá conforme a lo establecido en los articulo 366 a 387 de esta ley.

Juicio ordinario por demandas de menor cuantía.
