A partir del año lectivo siguiente a la vigencia de la presente Ley, créanse, bajo la dependencia del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, dos establecimientos de enseñanza secundaria para varones, en el Departamento de Nariño, así:

Uno ubicado en la cabecera del Municipio de Iles, ex-Provincia de Obando, y

Otro ubicado en San José de Albán, cabecera del Municipio de Albán, en la ex-Provincia del Mayo.
