Art. 71. Cuando tratándose de aprehender un contrabando, una ó más personas opusieren resistencia á la operación ó trataren de estorbarla, sufrirán un arresto de 48 horas y una multa de $ 2 á $ 10, que impondrá el Jefe de Policía, previa la comprobación sumaria del hecho y sin perjuicio de la acción criminal á que haya lugar.
