NOTIFICACIÓN . En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones Civil, Laboral, Contencioso Administrativo y demás autoridades de la República, que interesen al Ministerio de Defensa o a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa o al Director General de la Policía Nacional según el caso, o a quienes podrán constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
