La indemnización de que trata el artículo 44 de la Ley 909 de 2004, se liquidará con base en el salario promedio causado durante el último año de servicios teniendo en cuenta los siguientes factores: 90.1. Asignación básica mensual correspondiente al empleo de carrera del cual es titular a la fecha de su supresión. 90.2. Prima técnica cuando constituya factor salarial. 90.3. Dominicales y festivos. 90.4. Auxilios de alimentación y de transporte. 90.5. Prima de navidad. 90.6. Bonificación por servicios prestados. 90.7. Prima de servicios. 90.8. Prima de vacaciones. 90.9. Prima de antigüedad. 90.10. Horas extras.
