A los profesores que estén al servicio de la ESAP, cuando entre en vigencia el presente estatuto, sé les computará el tiempo de servicio a que se refiere el artículo 38 sobre "semestre de perfeccionamiento" del presente estatuto, a partir del 1° de enero de 1971.
