º Adiciónase el artículo 8º del Decreto 841 del 20 de abril de 1990 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Cuando el proyecto provenga de un Corpes, de una entidad territorial o deba ser cofinanciado por dos o más entidades del orden nacional, o su ejecución corresponda a una entidad distinta a la financiadora, se requerirá anexar carta de compromiso de la entidad financiadora y/o ejecutora del proyecto, según sea el caso, exigencia que será verificada por las instancias de control de que trata el artículo 12 el presente Decreto".
