º. Dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la fecha de este Decreto, se instalará la Junta creada por el artículo 5º de la Ley 124 de 1928, formada por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Superintendente Bancario y el Gerente del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, y procederá en seguida a desempeñar su cometido de acuerdo con la precitada Ley.
