Art. 32. Habrá los siguientes empleados para este Ramo con las dotaciones anuales que se expresan:

escuela de literatura y filosofía.

escuela de jurisprudencia.

escuela de medicina y ciencias naturales.

servicio científico.

escuela de bellas artes.

academia nacional de música.

instituto nacional de agricultura.

escuela de ingeniería.

instrucción primaria.
