º. Bonos pensionales y cuotas partes. De conformidad con lo previsto en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 279 de la Ley 100 de 1993, la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, está facultada para recibir y expedir bonos pensionales. Así mismo, está obligada a contribuir con las cuotas partes de bono pensional que le corresponda cuando a ello hubiese lugar.
