Término . Podrá otorgarse licencia especial no remunerada hasta por el término de dos (2) años de manera continua o discontinua. En todo caso las licencias que se otorguen no podrán superar dos (2) años dentro de un mismo período de cinco (5) años, contados a partir del otorgamiento de la primera licencia especial no remunerada. La licencia especial no remunerada es improrrogable.
