Los empleados que fueren ascendidos, pasarán dentro del nuevo grupo a devengar el sueldo inmediatamente superior al que venían percibiendo y una categoría más. No obstante, cuando se traté de personal altamente calificado y especializado y comprendidos en las escalas ETP-01 y RDE-04, el Presidente de la Empresa podrá, ubicarlo en las categorías siguientes del escalafón, previo concepto de la Junta Directiva.
