Las empresas ferroviarias departamentales, municipales y particulares darán aviso al Ministerio de Industrias dentro de los cinco días siguientes, cada vez que reconozcan una pensión. En el aviso se hará saber el nombre del beneficiario, el monto de la pensión, los años de servicio del empleado u obrero y su edad.
