Póliza de cumplimiento. El beneficiario constituirá una póliza anual de cumplimiento, equivalente al 10% del valor del incentivo, como garantía de conservación del ecosistema objeto del incentivo forestal, la cual será renovable cada año por todo el tiempo de duración del CIF de conservación, a favor de la autoridad ambiental competente. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el literal b) del numeral 6º del artículo 2.2.9.9.2.2 del presente capítulo, dicha póliza se hará efectiva en caso de incumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas, la tala del bosque respectivo, o de presentación de información falsa para la obtención del incentivo.
