Articulo 4. Distribución de los empleos . El Superintendente de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios, mediante resolución distribuirá los cargos de la planta global y ubicará el personal de conformidad con la normativa vigente, teniendo en cuenta la estructura, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio.
