Cuando a favor de un procesado se dictare auto de sobreseimiento temporal o definitivo o sentencia absolutoria, el juez, en la misma providencia, decretará el desembargo de los bienes que se le hubieren embargado o secuestrado preventivamente.

Lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior se aplicará también cuando se dictare la sentencia prevista en el artículo 153.
