° Las Comisiones de Personal, como cuerpos asesores del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil y de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, ejercerán las funciones que les señala la ley, de acuerdo con las normas que se establecen en los siguientes artículos.
